Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

All of our items ship from the UK only.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you receive this email, it means your payment has been pre-authorized and processed. We will then check stock levels with our supplier or warehouse before packaging and shipping your item.

If your item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via email within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Process

Once your order is confirmed, we will process your payment within 7 days. As soon as tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address you provided.

If you have not received tracking information within 8 days, please contact us at admin@desireddream.com.

Damages & Warranty Claims

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If there is any visible damage, note it when signing for delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please send photos to admin@desireddream.com, and we will assist you in filing an insurance claim.

For warranty claims, please email us with:

  • Photos of the damage (both close-up and full view)
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 24-48 hours.


Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

You have 30 days to return your item for a refund or exchange. However, under UK law, you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Cancellations & Restocking Fees

If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you may need to cover return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds can take 1-3 business days to process.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@desireddream.com.
